How to use an ultrasonic cleaner and precautions

Principle

Ultrasonic cleaner takes advantage of high frequency oscillation signal generated by ultrasonic generator,which is converted into high frequency mechanical oscillation through transducer and then transmittesd into medium-cleaning solution .Ultrasonic eradiate forward with alternated waves of condensation and rarefaction ,which makes liquid flow and generals numerous micro air bubbles.There bubbles form and grow in the negative pressure zone transmitted by longitudinal ultuasonic wave,while they rapidly close in the positive pressure zone.Small explorations take place to constantly impact surface of articles in the so-called “cavitations effect”process,which rapidly peel off dirties in surface and gaps of the articles,thus achieving the purpose to cleaning surfaces of articles, besides,ultrasonic cleaning has no effect on material and accuracy of any articles.


Instructions on Application

1. Water inlet pipe joins water cock another to join behind the instrument to enter the water pore, turns on the water cock instrument to enter the water automatically.

2. Joins the right amount water when the water level in achieved left side of the trough the hole position (trough deep 2/3 then, will have to clean approximately) the thing will put in cleans the wire table, simultaneously will put in the rinse bath.

3.Turns on the 220V/50Hz three core power sources the supersonic purifier, the switching power supply indicating lamp is bright.

4.Turns on the front part power switch, turns on lathe heats up the knob, the hypothesis heating temperature 0-110℃, starts to heat up,the temperature being suitable establishment 30-40℃, has established the high temperature not suitably, if does not need to heat up may open the supersonic knob directly.

5. Turns on lathe the supersonic knob, the hypothesis supersonic time 1-60 minute, supersonic starts to work。If needs the long-firing operation to aim the supersonic knob ON.

6.  If needs to adjust the supersonic power, turns on lathe the supersonic power regulation switch, from 0-100 adjustable.

7. After the clean finished, takes out the wire table from the rinse bath, puts in directly sprays in the flushing box.

8. In the rinse bath solution may duplicate uses, the life may decide according to the thing dirt situation, when launches the ultrasonic wave must discharge by the water-soluble fluid saturated situation in the dirty fluid.

9.After behind the clean finished opens the draining water valve row only to turn off the valve


Safety cautions

1.when using JK-DY500 medical numerically-controlled ultrasonic cleaners, power supply must be equipped with grounding device. After the water inflow is finished, water fauecet should be shut off. Otherwise, the company shall assume no responsibility for all accidents.

2.in the cleaning process, articles should be put in net frame and cleaning slot at the same time. Please do not put the article directly in the bottom of the cleaning slot, or bump transducer at the bottom. Otherwise, the company shall not be liable for instrument damage.

3.please apply proper chemical cleaning reagent compatible with stainless steel ultrasonic cleaning slot, and strong acid, strong alkali, or volatile,caustic chemical medicament must not be used; otherwise, the company shall not be liable for instrument damage.

4.water solution or other caustic liquid must not be immersed into cleaner; otherwise, the company shall not be liable for instrument damage.

5.when tun on ultrasoic ON key, axial flow blower should operate;if the blower is not running,please make power off promptly;otherwise,ultrasonic generator will be damaged for temperature rising.

6.If water solution is eaten by mistaken or got into eyes with incaution,please flush you eyes with large amounts of water and go to see doctor timely.
