To enure the safety in using the heater,read the following notice carefully:
1.The power supply of the heater is AC220V,so don’t save it from damp or water;
2.don’t open the enclosure when the heater is working;
3. use the good grounding power plug and socket;
4. Please ensure the rated power of the power line and socket is higher than the maximum power of the heater.
5. the upper part of the heater is high-temperature region, don’t touch it to avoid scald;
6. When the liquid in the tubes is heated, high-temperature andhigh-pressure may be produced, so if the recipe is not suitable,may cause to explode or spill.
7. Please don’t use the heater in explosive gas environment.
8. When get out the digestion tubes from the heat hole, first cool it in the air for several minutes , then put them into water.Don’t put them into water directively,to avoid the explosion when cooling suddenly.
9. Due to the risk of exposed chemical product, Please comply the experimental safety procedures, and wear special personal
protective equipment.
10. The chemical agent in experiment must be used and processed in accordance to the laws and rules of the local government.

Normal malfunctions,Reasons and Solutions

Warning:
1. The liquid in the digestion tubes should be added according to mature recipe.For example,when the settting temperature is 165℃,according to COD’s recipe,adding water sample,oxidizing agent,catalytic agent and specified amount of sulfuric acid,put all these into the tubes to be heated.If you put pure water into the tubes,then high temperature and high pressure may lead to explode,hurt the heater even person’s life.
2. The digestion tubes and the matching cap must be sealed tightly,else,may produce the danger state that the heated liquid eject.Tubes and caps should be used one to one,thus they can seal good and avoid to cross pollution.
3. Every time putting the tubes to be heat,you must cover the protective shield,and don’t open it during heating.
4. The temperature calibration must not do at will,You must input the accurate ,measured value by using accurate thermometer,if not,the temperature difference will produce.For example,the accurate temperature is 160.0 ℃,but the input value is 100.0 ℃,this will produce about 60 ℃ errors,when the show temperature is 165.0 ℃,the practical temperature is 225 ℃,this will produce unpredictable danger.
5. Because the liquid in the tubes may cause corrosion,so users need necessary personal protective equipment,such as rubber gloves,mask etc.
