Digestion tank: high-pressure position frame-type ultra-high pressure digestion tank, the outer tank is made of  imported high-strength composite fiber PEEK; the high-throughput version of the outer tank is aerospace-compliant fiber material; the inner tank is made of imported modified polytetrafluoroethylene (TFM) . Working mode: 1) 256 digestion methods can be programmed, modified and stored at will; 2) each method can be set up to 10 digestion stages; 3) built-in intelligent heating rate control mode and constant temperature control mode; 4) built-in automatic cooling mode , and the termination cooling condition is adjustable.
Data storage\view function: the method and process data of each experiment can be stored; the historical data can be viewed on the display of the instrument.
Multiple safety control: The instrument is equipped with up to 10 active and passive safety protection functions, including industrial-grade high-strength barrel-shaped furnace chamber and overhead explosion-proof furnace door design, real-time monitoring and protection of real temperature/pressure of all samples, over-pressure alarm limit, elastic pressure stability protection device, overheat and over-current protection, abnormal sound detection, fault self-check alarm, high temperature and high pressure tank material, non-destructive pressure relief groove and three powerful centrifugal exhaust fans with large air volume of 5.8m3/min to prevent the instrument and the operator from being affected by harmful gases.
