HGW Computer Controlled Ring Stiffness Testing Machine is doing force test and analyze for silent stock tube, glass steel tube and composite materials. It is widely used in glass fiber reinforced plastics, plastic rubber, ceramic materials, food, pharmaceutical packaging, mental material, constructional engineering industries, university, scientific research department and technical supervision department. The tester can do tensile, bending and compression mechanical test according to GB, ISO, ASTM, JIS and DIN standard. Can detect the ring stiffness, pipe yield strength, tensile (pressure, curved) strength, elongation, and set out, the proportion of strength, elasticity modulus parameters.

3. Functions
1)Software packages
The computer data processing software is based on WindowsXP operating system platform. It can satisfy different testing materials and complete tensile, compression and bending tests.
Features of the software package:
(1) Measuring the force value, deformation and displacement synchronously.
(2) Test curve real-time display
(3) Can delete arbitrary testing result arbitrarily.
(4) Can zoom and print testing curve. Can select parameter points on the curve (yield point, elastic, etc).
(5) Use VB+SQL language to calculate parameter, it is reliable and convenient.
(6) Can obtain metal materials tensile( pressure) strength, yield strength, δ0.2, disproportional strength, elongation strength etc.
 
2) Microcomputer system: Use the Lenovo brand microcomputer as host machine to finish the testing setting setup, data acquisition, display and print test results etc(include: main engine, 17 "LCD and large capacity hard disk); equipped with KQL-PowerTest2001 in English and Chinese version which is intelligent test software packages; Can provide standard measurement and judgment of performance parameter for all kinds of material, add up and processing the data; output various requirements of the test report and test format curve.
 
3) Computed mode: Hand valve operation, and equipped with manual control operation box, contains 6 buttons (rise,fall, upper clamping, bottom clamping, upper loosen, bottom loosen), the operation more convenient, safe and reliable.
 
4) Safety protection: Equipped with oil cylinder protection system, overload autostop system, overcurrent outostop system and emergency switch protect function.
